About the event
Spring has sprung and summer is, unfortunately, coming to an end. Which means that all those lovely sniffles are going to start popping up again. Cold, flu, bronchitis, covid and asthma to name but a few, will all start to become more prevalent as the weather changes and the temperature drops.
However, all is not entirely doom and gloom, (even if the weather is,) there are lots of ways to help prevent, or severely, reduce these annoyances from disrupting life. Herbal medicine is an easily accessible way to help boost your own immune system as a preventative, as well as helping to shorten the length of time you end up suffering with a bug. This does include people with compromised immune systems or people on prescription medication.
The talk will last between 60-90 minutes, there will be a handout and a sample tea to take away.
