3 Techniques using Crystals that involve working on the Chakras.

Know at least 3 Techniques using Crystals that involve working on the Chakras.

Technique 1

This is also known as a basic Chakra balancing using crystals.

1. Cleanse all the crystals that you are about to use. For this balancing you will require eight stones. Black tourmaline, Carnelian, Citrine, Green Quartz, Rose Quarta, Sodalite, Amethyst and Clear Quartz tumble stones.
2. Ask your client to lie face up on the therapy couch. Let your client know what the procedure is and use language and any other techniques at your disposal to ease the client into the most relaxed state.
3. Begin placing the crystals upon the chakras. Always start with the root chakra and work up towards the crown chakra. This is a very simple layout, more complex stone selection can also be used.
4. Pay close attention to you client during the whole process. You be inclined to remove some of the stones more quickly than you had anticipated. You can monitor your client by observing breathing rate, eye movement, skin colour, temperature, swallowing, level of stillness and of course by the feeling in the room during the process.
5. After the allotted time, antwhere from 5 to 60 minutes, begin to remove the crystals one by one. Always start fro the Crown and work down towards the Root chakra.
6. Allow your client ample time to integrate the energies from the treatment, this can be up to the same amount of time that the treatment took.
7. Once you have completed the balancing seal in the clients energy by using a quartz point in your right hand and going round your client at least three times.
8. Allow the client to come back to full consciousness in their own time. Ensure that they are fully grounded and then ask them to take a seat where you can continue your consultation or session.

Technique 2

This technique involves the use of a dowser is is often referred to as Dowse Pulsation.

1. Cleanse all the crystals that you are about to use. For this you will require a Clear Quartz Dowser.
2. Prepare the space and yourself. Center and balance yourself.
3. Ask your client to lie face up on the therapy couch. Let your client know what the procedure is and use language and any other techniques at your disposal to ease the client into the most relaxed state.
4. Begin to scan each of the chakras from the Root up to the Crown. During this process make a mental note of the sizes, levels, speeds, magnetism and temperatures that you notice at each chakra.
5. Now using the Dowser/Pendulum, place it over the first chakra and ask it to balance each of the chakras. If there is no movement then the chakra is most probably balanced and you can move on. If the Dowser swings Anti-clockwise then there is an excess of energy in the Chakra and the dowser is removing energy. If the Dowser swings Clockwise then there is deficit of energy and the dowser is putting energy in.
6. As the pendulum spins allow the dowser to do its work. Once the dowser has settled down and stopped moving, spinning, swaying, erratically moving or making a figure of 8, then you can move on to the next chakra.
7. Once you have worked on each of the chakras then the technique for this type of healing is complete.
8. Allow your client ample time to integrate the energies from the treatment, this can be up to the same amount of time that the treatment took.
9. Once you have completed the balancing seal in the clients energy by using a quartz point in your right hand and going round your client at least three times.
10. Allow the client to come back to full consciousness in their own time. Ensure that they are fully grounded and then ask them to take a seat where you can continue your consultation or session.

Technique 3

This technique involves a quartz point in a similar way to how we used a dowser in Technique 2.

1. Cleanse all the crystals that you are about to use. For this you will require a Clear Quartz Point or Wand.
5. Now place your attention on the root chakra. Begin by pointing the quartz at the root chakra and intending a connection between the crystal and the chakra. Now begin to remove any unwanted or un-needed energies from this chakra by rotating the quartz in an anit-clockwise direction. When you sense/feel/intuit that all the excess and un-needed energy has been removed, you can move on to the next chakra.
6. Once you have removed the excess from each of the seven chakras then move back to the root chakra. This time make a connection between the Quartz and the Root chakra and put into the chakra any required energy by rotating the quartz point in a clockwise direction. When you feel/sense/intuit that the required energy had been added to each chakra then move onto the next.
7. Allow your client ample time to integrate the energies from the treatment, this can be up to the same amount of time that the treatment took.
8. Once you have completed the balancing seal in the clients energy by using a quartz point in your right hand and going round your client at least three times.
9. Allow the client to come back to full consciousness in their own time. Ensure that they are fully grounded and then ask them to take a seat where you can continue your consultation or session.

Each of these techniques are very simple and can be easily used in a clients first session. It is possible to create more complex sessions using grids, specific crystals and specific placements. As we grow and develop we gain a greater understanding of energetic systems, how they function and how we can best assist them to deliver the best results.

Know at Least One Technique Using Crystals That Cleanses and Balances The Subtle Bodies.

Aura Cleansing with Kunzite.

Kunzite is a member of the Spodumene family and can be found in Brasil and Afghanistan. There are different colours of this wonderful crystal which include Purple, Lilac, Blue, Green, Pink, Yellow and colourless. Kunzite is the name often given to Pink Spodumene and Hiddenite is the name often given to Green Kunzite. ( Hiddenite is in fact a type of Spodumene that only comes from Hidden in the USA and is often Green/Yellow in colour.) In this article I will use the term Kunzite to refer to all members of the Spodumene family.

Kunzite has an amazing property which is very useful in the art of crystal healing. Of all the crystals, Kunzite has a very slow frequency. In this respect Kunzite never gives out energy, it only takes energy in. In this way it acts as a sponge, which can be used to “mop up“ any unwanted energies. Kunzite can be used to remove adverse blockages of energy from both the physical and the subtle bodies. The following technique describes a method of cleansing and balancing the aura using different colours of Kunzite crystals.

1. Cleanse all the crystals that you are about to use. For this balancing you will require five kunzite crystals Purple, blue, green, pink and colourless, and a quartz point.
2. Ask your client to lie face up on the therapy couch. Let your client know what the procedure is and use language and any other techniques at your disposal to ease the client into the most relaxed state.
3. Begin by scanning your client at each layer of the aura. Make mental (or physical) notes of what you are noticing. Areas that feel sticky, any tingles, slower patches, quicker patches, sensations of heat, cold or magnetism are all relevant.
4. Once you have completed your initial scan, begin to comb through the aura with the green kunzite. Start from the crown and work down towards the root. When working with the green kunzite, work on the layers closer to the body. Through our research we have noticed that the green kunzite works best in this layer. By all means experiment yourselves and discover the best method for you to adopt.
5. Now use the pink kunzite and work on the aura, this time work in the next layer up. Again work from the crown down to the root chakra.
6. Continue to comb the next layer of the aura with the blue Kunzite.
7. This time with the Purple Kunzite, comb down and through the next layer of the aura.
8. Finally work with the colourless kunzite, on the outer edges and also wherever feels appropriate.
9. If there are any areas that appear to have an affect throughout all the layers, then place a piece of green kunzite on the body where this imbalance appears to begin or end. (Depending on whether it is an energy manifesting or releasing.) You can leave this crystal in place for up to 20 mins. Remember that you can always do some more work in the nexr session if required.
10. Now remove any crystals that have been placed on the body and re-scan the energetic system.
11. Ask your client to roll on to their fronts and repeat for stages 3 to 10.
12. Once complete allow your client integrate the energy shifts, again this may take up to the same amount of time as the treatment.
13. Take your time to ground your client well, use a grounding grid or one of your other grounding techniques.
14. Finally seal in your clients energy with a master quartz point, going round your client at least 3 times.
15. Allow the client to come back to full consciousness in their own time. Ensure that they are fully grounded and then ask them to take a seat where you can continue your consultation or session.

This is an excellent technique which works extremely well. We have been having some great results with this technique over the last 4 months. It works well because of the wonderful attributes of Kunzite. This technique is so useful as each layer is balanced by each individual type of Kunzite at the same time as each layer is also cleansed by the natural properties of this fabulous crystal.

Know at Least One Method for Describing the Subtle Bodies and their Functioning.

Know at Least One Method for Describing the Subtle Bodies and their Functioning.

The Material Bodies ( from gross to subtle.)

1 The Physical Body (or Self ) on the Physical plane.

The physical body is made up of physical matter influenced by gross physical energies.

2. The Etheric Body (or Self ) on the Etheric Plane:

The Etheric body is the vital body that organises the physical plane and acts as a bridge allowing mental and emotional energies to influence the physical body. This is often considered as a part of the physical body.

3. The Astral (or emotional ) Body ( or Self ) on the Astral Plane:

The Astral Body is the body of emotional energies and feelings. This is a magnetic body reacting with attraction or repulsion.

4. The Lower Mental Body (or Self ) on the Lower Mental Plane:

The Lower Mental Body is the lower mundane Mind and the thoughts in the mind. This body includes intellect, memory and imagination.

These first four are the components with which we are most familiar with. They would tend to be seen as the structures that express the “personality”. The LOWER SELF is the term used for these four bodies throughout. These four bodies give a limited sense of self, a limited individuality.

5. The Higher Mental (or Causal) Body ( or Self ) on the Higher Mental Plane:

The Higher Mental Body is the higher mind in which abstract thoughts, visualisation, philosophy and higher mathematics occur. This is the relatively permanent centre of our personal self which gives rise to (or causes) a number of lower selves and is therefore called the causal body with respect to our lower self.

6. The Intuitive (or Buddhic) Principle (or self) on the Intuitive Plane:

This is a principle rather than a body, so fast that it is everywhere in this and the lower realms. It is the origin of true intuition and this principle is common between all humans. On entering the intuitive plane we leave behind a “personal” sense of self.

7. The Atmic Principles (or Point of Self ) on the Atmic Plane:

Again, this is a principle, being the highest principle of the material planes, from which all the lower material planes manifest. It is the first point at which matter manifests. This first subtle material atom then goes on to manifest all different forms of matter on the lower planes. As such it is the causal principle of these lower planes. This gives rise to confused terminology with the Higher Mental Bodies other name: the Causal Body. The spiritual will or witness can be considered to enter matter at this point. (It is worth repeating that these last two are not of the personality, there is no personal individuality in these principles.)

These last three bodies or principles make up the Higher Self which does not die when the lower self dies. The Higher Self is, in turn, a manifestation of subtler non-material planes.

The planes

Each of the subtle bodies is made out of matter of varying frequencies or principles that exist on its plane of consciousness. These planes interpenetrate and interact with each other in accordance with particular laws that govern each plane.
Before discussing how the bodies and planes interact it is worth considering the limits that govern our understanding of these planes.
From the above list it is possible to see that thought occurs in bodies less subtle than the atmic or intuitive principles. Those bodies which include the Atmic and those more subtle than it, are the origins of the mind and so cannot be understood. How can the mind understand that which created it and contains it. No matter how fast the mind it will never understand or encompass the principles which contain it.
So it is definite and an absolute impossibility that any mental understanding of these higher planes and principles can occur and no mind truly grasp their nature.

As described above the bodies represent our individuality on the various planes that they inhabit. The planes themselves are vast, for example the physical plane is infinitely vast in extent and diversity. Each subsequent Plane is even vaster and bigger than the other. So the physical and etheric planes are tiny complared to the Astral and the same for the astral when compared to the Mental. All these planes interpenetrate just like 2 dimensions (a plane) sit inside 3 dimensions, and 3 dimension ( a cube ) sit inside 4 dimensions ( all of the cube throughout time.) If we could see in 4-dimensions then we would be able to see both the front and the back (the whole) of an object in one glance, consuming it !!!! This can happen when we are truly using our intuitive capacities, which are not limited by our mind or personality. True intuition comes from outside the realms of personality and is glimpsed and downloaded by the personality after the occurrence.

Crystal Healing at the Various levels.

It is evident from the system detailed above that the lower subtle bodies represent our personalities at various levels or planes of existence. It can also be seen that only those inside the realm of the mind can be affected by the presence of changing frequencies inherent within the crystal world. Those Principles which give birth to the material/ physical world cannot be affected by that which they have created.

So from this system it seems that we can conclude that it is possible to use crystals to affect out personalities and their physical manifestations and not that which sits outside them (encompasses them.)

So by working on the various levels in our aura we can affect a change by using crystals. Also by using crystal on the main chakras we can also affect a change, as all the bodies interact and overlay each other regardless of physical size.

We can also work with crystals at an even more subtle level in our own personal work. By placing crystals on specific points or by placing our attention in the various bodies whilst using crystals, we can use the energy to affect changes at more and more subtle levels. This is evident when we begin to realise that the larger bodies are much larger, faster and vaster than the preceeding body and yet they interact and over lay each other, not just in time and space. Work on the subtle bodies is a fascinating area and one which will continue to develop with time and sincere application.

Crystal Spheres

Crystal Spheres

As you may have noticed, we have begun to add some crystal spheres to the list of products available here at globalcrystals.com. We will continue to increase the selection of spheres available here. We have an excellent selection of spheres at our store Global Tribe, based in Leeds. We stock many types of spheres from quartz to tourmaline and in various qualities and sizes.

Rose Quartz Sphere

There are a couple of very special balls available here at Globalcrystal.com. In particular be sure to check out both the flawless clear quartz and citrine balls.

So how do crystal balls work ? and why are they so popular ?

True crystal spheres, polished from natural clear and flawless quartz are very rare. Most flawless spheres on the market, these days are polished glass or reconstituted quartz. One way to tell a natural quartz sphere from those made of glass is that the quartz one is much colder to touch. Crystal balls have been used for scrying.

The process of scrying involves patience and intention. Many people just look into a crystal ball with inclusions and see the image of something in the inclusions, this is not scrying.Firstly the user must build up a connection between them and the crystal ball. The flawless ones are the best for this.

Over time the user places their etheric energy inside the ball, which is easily held by the natural quartz. Quartz is the most wonderful agent for strengthening the etheric bodies. As the relationship grows and the sphere is only used for this purpose, this is why crystal balls are often wrapped in silk and only un-wrapped for use. Silk is used, because, as a material it does not hold on to astral energy and is such easy to keep energetically clean. After the relationship has been built, the user begins by asking the ball to show a colour or a simple object. These images are projected from the user into the ball. In time it becomes possible for the user to call upon images from outside the current train of time and project them into the crystal ball. As you can tell this is a skill which requires, skill, talent, ability, strengthening of the aura, increased ability to be still. Meditation practise will greatly assist the user to be stiller for longer periods and have more access to larger spaces and states, including those spaces and states that sit outside time and space.

In therapy situations, crystal balls are regularly used to quickly fill gaps in the auric field, especially quartz, which is the best aura strengthening crystal available. This also means that quartz spheres are very useful when meditating, both strengthening and bringing clarity and focus.

The shape of the sphere is uniform and so emits energy evenly from its centre. This is very useful for distributing energy throughout environments and also very useful for deep tissue massage. Many different types of sphere can be used here, for example, Rose Quartz, Amethyst, Tourmaline or Tiger's Eye.

Working with Crystal Spheres is a real joy as there are no edges or points to direct energy. In this way spheres are very useful for working gently with a particular crystal or mineral. Enjoy you Crystal Spheres !!!

The Stones of the Aztecs

The Stones of the Aztecs

The Aztecs originated from the Atzlan lands of North Mexico, where they were a humble people just managing to scrape an existence together. About 700 years ago their great Prophet Tenoch guided the Aztecs from their homelands and headed into Anahuac, also known as the Valley of Mexico.

Tenoch had a vision in which he was guided by Huitzilopochtli to search for a site in Ahhuac near to a lake. Huitzilopochtili told him that the site would be indicated by an Eagle perched upon a cactus, growing from a rock or cave surrounded by water. Sure enough Tenoch found an Eagle perched on a catus on a swampy island in the middle of Lake Texcoco.

Driven by their Prophet Tenoch and the messages from the great god Huitzilopochtili the Aztecs undertook the difficult task of building their new city. They began the construction of Tenochtitlan in 1325. As the City grew so did the skill and creativity of the Aztec artisans. By 1376 the city had become a magnet, attracting all kinds of people to unite under the Aztec banner. Temples were built and they honoured the gods for their kindness.

Soon the Aztecs turned their skills to the delicate work of carving crystals and precious metals. Their favourites included Turquoise, which was highly abundant in the local area. The Aztecs believed this stone was linked to the Sun, who according to legend chased the Moon and Stars from the sky with the help of a Turquoise serpent. The Aztecs even named their gods after the power of their favourite Turquoise. The name of the fire god, Xiuhtecuhtli, means “ master of turquoise “ and the name of their god of war, Vitzilopochtili, means “ prince of turquoise.”

Turquoise can come in a variety colours from green to blue to white. Sleeping Beauty Turquoise is a type of turquoise available today, which has the most vibrant blue colour. White turquoise is very rare and can be found occasionally in Native American Jewellery. The finest native American jewellery exhibits amazing skill and inlays many different stones into Silver and gold. The Zuni tribe truly demonstrate the quality of carving that is still inspired today by the great Aztec craftsmen.

Turquoise is an amazing stone with a delightful energy. Turquoise encourages us to speak our minds and also to live our lives and dreams to the full. Turquoise encourages us to be more creative both in our thinking and our actions. It soothes the nervous system and the throat and sharpens the sight. This stone is great to wear regularly, especially when we are under the weather and in need of a little protection. Continued use of turquoise will bring about an increased positivity, greater compassion and increased joie de vivre.

It is no wonder that being surrounded by the largest and finest Turquoise in the world, that creativity and skill blossomed so artfully in the Aztec civilisation. The Aztecs also loved to work with Obsidian, especially rainbow and gold sheen obsidian. They carved the most amazing statuettes and faces inlaid with Turquoise and Pink Coral. The finest pieces of obsidian carving come from the end of the Aztec period. Obsidian is a supremely useful stone which was used extensively by Aztec peoples. Obsidian is regularly used as knives, arrowheads, axes, bowls and jewellery. The Aztec Shaman used Obsidian mirrors to scry into. Through scrying they were able to look into the past and the future.

The abundance of Obsidian is certainly one of the reasons that that the Aztec Civilisation became so advanced. Areas that are rich in obsidian, a type of volcanic glass, have a great fire energy, which is the perfect energy for creativity to flourish and civilisation building to succeed.

The Rainbow Obsidian in Mexico is the best in the world. It is jet black in colour and when it is exposed to bright light, it is possible to see the most vivid neon colours reflected in its surface. The neon colours include pink, yellow, green, purple and gold. The rarest of colours found in rainbow obsidian is neon blue. Rainbow Obsidian brings balance and harmony and invites us to embrace all aspects of ourselves and become more whole.

It is a real shame that the Aztec King Montezuma perceived the Invading Spaniard Cortes as a friend and not the threat that he turned out to be. In the final days before the attacks of the Spanish, King Montezuma gave gifts of exquisite beauty to his foes. Montezuma gave Cortes a mask incrusted with turquoise that depicted two intertwined serpents, a crozier inlaid with a mosaic of Turquoise and also ending in a serpents head, which can now be found in the British Museum. Evidently this Turquoise and Obsidian mask was used in connection with the worship of Quaetzlcoatl. It is a tragic end to the Aztec civilisation when they believed Cortes to be a re-incarnation of their god Quaetzlcoatl. . It is easy to see that when the Spanish arrived, the Aztecs were at the height of their civilisation.

Philosophy and Numbers

Philosophy and Numbers

What are Numbers ?

Are numbers man made or universal ?

Can numbers describe, the formless, or are they restricted to form ?

Through numbers can we describe the world of form ?

Why do we use base 10 ?

Where did zero come from ?

Where did Infinity come from ?

Are zero and infinity numbers ?

Numbers and Description

Whenever we describe, compare or contrast something or idea, we use some form of picture, word or symbol. When we begin to understand the meanings of particular symbols then we have the beginnings of a system or language.

Numbers are simply a type of language used to describe, compare and to contrast properties of different things.

Eliphas Lèvi says in his "Histoire de la Magie": "The absolute hieroglyphical science had for its basis an alphabet of which all the gods were letters, all the letters ideas, all the ideas numbers, and all the numbers perfect signs.

Meaning and Philosophy of Numbers

Bosman states that 'numbers are symbols of the beginning and development of the universe, of a solar system, or a series of such, or, indeed, of any rhythmic movement. The terms with which we have to deal in considering the science of numbers are figures, symbols, ciphers, arithmetic and mathematics.

As numbers describe the differences and the degrees of separation, then we can conclude that numbers are only indicative of the world of form and its manifestation.

We can easily prove the limits of numbers by the process of addition.

1+1=2

2+1=3

3+1=4

and so on. We can always add one more number. So imagine the largest number that we can imagine. Let’s call it n.

We can always add one to n.

And so the new largest number is n+1.

As this continues then we will tend towards Infinity. A number which is limitless.

We can do the same process backwards and produce –n-1, which will tend towards minus infinity.

So we find that any number scale is found within the limitless, that which we cannot understand or comprehend.

Lets now look between the numbers……

Halfway between 0 and 1, we can find ½.

Halfway between 0 and ½, we can find ¼

Halfway between 0 and ¼, we can find 1/8

As you can see, we can continue to divide by a half until we eventually arrive at 1/infinity.

So not only does infinity stand at the beginning and the end of any number sequence, it also lies in between every number.

“all things are numbers”

Pythagoras himself spoke of square numbers and cubic numbers, and we still use these terms, but he also spoke of oblong, triangular, and spherical numbers. He associated numbers with form, relating arithmetic to geometry. His greatest contribution, the proposition about right-angled triangles, sprang from this line of thought:

pythagoras.jpg

“The Egyptians had known that a triangle whose sides are 3, 4, 5 has a right angle, but apparently the Greeks were the first to observe that 3²+4²=5², and, acting on this suggestion, to discover a proof of the general proposition. Unfortunately for Pythagoras this theorem led at once to the discovery of incommensurables, which appeared to disprove his whole philosophy. In a right-angled isosceles triangle, the square on the hypotenuse is double of the square on either side.

This shows how Pythagoras’ formulation immediately led to a new mathematical problem, namely that of incommensurables. At his time the concept of irrational numbers was not known and it is uncertain how Pythagoras dealt with the problem. We may surmise that he was not too concerned about it. His religion, in absence of theological explanations, had found a way to blend the “mystery of the divine” with common-sense rational thought.

From Pythagoras we observe that an answer to a problem in science may give raise to new questions. For each door we open, we find another closed door behind it.

What are incommensurables ? Pythagoras created a religion around the perfection of numbers and how they all simply and neatly fit into each other. This can easily be seen by,

1/3 , 1/5, 3/7, 8/11, 15/2 etc….

But when Pythagoras noted that in his famous theorem, if a and b are 1, then c= root2.

Root 2 is not a fraction and is actually a non-recurring decimal,

1.414213562……

These numbers that have no ending cannot be found exactly. Just when we think we are getting closer they continue to elude us.

All that I can see from these examples is that no matter how hard we try, we will never be able to fully describe or understand the true nature of the manifested nature.

The numbers are only abstract, they are defined by the medium which supports them.

They are creatures of form.

Through continued meditation we can be that which supports the world of numbers and form, we can not understand or describe it fully with our minds.

Numbers and Meanings from One to Eleven

Numbers have been studied for thousands of years and, although it is not known when this practice first began, what we do know is that spirals that occur in nature can be predicted mathematically through the use of gnomic growth patterns such as the Fibonacci series. These have been used and verified by science in explaining the formation of a flower's seeds and the courses of a river. From the point of view of our ancestors this is to say that such things were predetermined to happen.

Numbers or numerology is also the study of the meaning of the number beyond its numerical quality. This study is related to the path of spiritual evolution and the processes that are involved, it is in this way that the tarot uses numbers.

Numbers run from one to infinity in a progressive sequence. The tarot deck only uses numbers from one to twenty one however; for the purposes of this article, here we will be restricting our exploration to the numbers one to eleven - a complete study is not practical as this would be a separate writing in its own right.

Also I feel that each person would benefit from taking their time to reflect on numbers and learn to feel them as a living organism, rather than have a superficial intellectual understanding.

Below you will find a number of meanings from different systems.

The Numbers from One to Eleven

One is the beginning of the journey and as its name presents itself. One ness of all things, this is the light & the dark, the hidden and revealed, male and female. This is the duality of all things together in oneness.

Two is the duality, the first or second step upon the road. For the one to understand it self further it first divides, like the difference between the light and its shadow where both make each other apparent, but are born in the same event.

Three represents great movement, energy or fire. Though it is no longer stable as a duality this is the only way to move to another place, for the duality to move beyond its bounds it creates one more to bring into the equation. This extra sum is almost theoretical in its sudden appearance and so three can be said to represent what is essence.

Four is the first number of formation. As our physical world has four directions and is fixed, then four is of worldly or physical being. In its geometry four is connected to the right angle, a basis of the building block.

Five is the first step beyond the material form and holds the keys to higher thought. Five could be understood as the form (four) plus the essential (one) and is like the spirit with the form as this is the first of such movements then its nature is of thought.

Six is the first resting place from the struggle from materialism and so sits again at the first great throne, that is the harmony between the duality, but the key to six is that it is two times three, or the two fires that rest together, creating a new form. If we were to put this into a geometrical form we would have the six pointed star or the Star of David. Each of these triangles represents the movement of Masculine and Feminine. This coming together of two movements is of great importance. I say again this represents the return to the first of the great thrones.

Seven is again (being one of the numbers with the additional one added) coming into movement. This movement from the first golden throne (six) desires to move heavenward. The visual key is in the icon we use for the number seven where a line travels upward to a higher plane. This being the second golden key, where five is 'of thought' then seven is 'of dynamism'.

Eight takes form from the previous experiences (numbers) and takes its role as the second throne. Eight is made from two times four, and is therefore the two forms or worlds we live in, the seen and unseen (material / spirit). As a visual key we can look either at the eight pointed star of the two squares overlaid, or the icon for the number eight which depicts the cyclic nature of these two existences, feeding each others being.

Nine is the step towards realisation of self again. Where the numbers previously have included diversity, nine is the return of awakening back into the One and so takes its place as the last of the golden keys.

Ten is the completion of the first wheel of events and stands as the infinite self. Zero being the number of infinity alongside the One, there by completing the first cycle.

Ten is also the first in progressive cycles of measuring one value of a number against that of another.

How to make a Gem Essence.

How to make a Gem Essence.

To make a gem essence you will need :-

1. A crystal of your choice with which ever method you find most appropriate. Cleanse the crystal, and if it is a quartz then dedicate it.
2. A bottle of mineral water or distilled water.
3. A clear glass container. If coloured glass container is used then the essence of the colour will be imbued into the final product.
4. Sterilising fluid.
5. Preservative, citricidal, brandy, any favoured alcohol or vinegar.
6. Mother glass bottle, 100ml, with screw top lid.
Stock glass bottle, 50ml, with screw top lid.
Dosage glass bottle, 10ml, with pipette.
Atomiser bottle.
7. 3 quartz points.
8. Muslin, labels and a funnel.

Method :-

1. Sterilise equipment for 3 hours.
2. Meditate to find a still calm space.
3. Choose crystal(s). Program or dedicate with intent.
4. Place in glass container and cover with water until the crystal(s) are submerged.
5. If using the indirect method, place crystal in a bowl, then the bowl into a larger bowl with water in. Make sure the crystal does not touch the water.
6. Cover the bowl(s) with muslin
7. Place in a chosen sacred place.
8. Place three quartz points around the glass bowl, to charge the essence.
9. Dowse (or use an appropriate method) to choose how many hours to leave the essence. Direct sunlight will evaporate the water so don’t leave for too long.
10. This mixture is used to make the mother bottle.

Mother Bottle

Place 2/3 preservative into the mother bottle, then 1/3 of the crystal essence into the mother bottle. If you put the essence into the bottle first, then the essence may mix with the bottle and loose potency. It is always better to let the preservative soak up all the potency of the essence. Store in a dark and cool place.

(If using the no alcohol method use 2/3 water with 20 drops of citricidal.)

Stock Bottle

Fill the stock bottle with half brandy or preservative and the other half with water. Now choose a method to decide how many drops of the essence to add to the Stock bottle. Alternatively you can just use water with no alcohol, this mixture will last for 2 weeks if stored in the fridge.

(If using the no alcohol method ½ water with 10 drops of citricidal.)

Dosage Bottle

Fill the dosage bottle with 1/3 brandy and 2/3 water. Dowse for how many drops of stock bottle to add to the dosage bottle.
Alternatively if you do not want to use brandy or vinegar in any of the mother, dosage or stock bottles then use water. Citrocidal is an excellent preservative ( grapefruit extract ). Add 1/3 Citrocidal to 2/3 water into the mother bottle. Add 1/3 citrocidal to the stock bottle and again 1/3 citrocidal to the dosage bottle.

(If using the no alcohol method 1/3 water with 5 drops citricidal.)

Labelling

Label all bottles with their name, mother, stock or dosage. Also name the crystal combination used and where the essence was made. Note the date and time the essence was made and also the moon phase if made at night to utilise the power of the moon. Make a note of how many drops of each stock or dosage bottle was used to make the essence.

Gem Aura Spray

Sterilise the atomiser spray
Fill with water and choose how many drops of essence you wish to add to the spray. Add a few drops of citrocidal to the spray as a preservative.

Alternative Method

When charging crystals in the glass bowl, you can add a preferred essential oil or flower petals. Dowse how long to leave the crystals to charge for.
Fill ½ the atomiser spray with water and half with the charged solution. Add several drops of citrocidal as a preservative.

You can spray these direct into the aura, pulse points, spaces or direct on to the body.

Minerals in the Body

Mineral Forming Elements

Minerals are rarely formed directly from their constituent elements. Minerals are usually found in the forms of acids and alkalis. Acids and alkalis react together releasing various mineral compounds and elements depending upon the present conditions. Throughout our bodies various environments of differing pH, pH is a method of measuring how acid or alkali a particular environment maybe, are rarely in total balance or neutral, this equilibrium holds the key to the transfer of minerals and ions throughout our physical systems.

Minerals are vital to our overall make up, we are after all a combination of many different elements, compounds and minerals that constitute our physical bodies. Many minerals are involved in such essential compounds as DNA, RNA, adenine, thyamine, guamine and cytosine, the essential building blocks of the human species.

Minerals cannot be created by the body, they must be ingested through breathing, drinking or feeding. Minerals can be absorbed through the lungs, intestines and even through the skin. The absorption of many minerals into the body are stimulated by minerals that contain the same mineral forming elements within the body. In this way deficiencies can be alleviated and the body can return to a more balanced functioning. Alternatively minerals can be found in excess in certain areas or organs. When the balance is in the direction of excess, this stimulates the process of elimination, in this way toxins can be removed and purification can proceed.

Minerals also control the pH levels within the body, acid in the stomach and more alkali in the mouth. This process of pH control also stimulates the flow of liquids throughout the body and hence controls the pressure within individual cells and organs.

There are many mineral supplements on the market these days. Multivitamins can be used in creating greater balance and harmony. I personally take a vitamin C tablet when I feel the onset of a cold. Crystals contain minerals and we can observe certain effects when a particular crystal is worn close to the skin. We strongly you do not take mineral forming elements internally as high doses are toxic. If in any doubt, please consult your Doctor.
